Shipping policy

Shipping in Australia is a standard flat rate of $19.00 Australia wide.  This amount is charged per unit and will increase based on the number of units you order. 

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days unless in pre-order.

Standard Shipping timeframe is 2-4 business days for NSW and 3-6 business days Interstate.  Occasional delays can occur, particularly during peak or sale periods. While delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, most parcels continue moving and arrive shortly after the expected window.

United States 

• Flat shipping rates vary depending on the number of units you purchase due to size of order.  Our flat rates to all mainland States are:
  • 1 Unit = USD$19
  • 2 Units = USD$38
  • 3 Units = USD$57
  • 4 Units = USD$76

• Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.  Occasional delays can occur, particularly during peak or sale periods. While delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, most parcels continue moving and arrive shortly after the expected window.

• Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days unless stated otherwise.

• All International Tariffs and Duties are covered by SEVAS Water.  Customers will be charged local taxes at the time of checkout if required to meet State legal requirements.
• Please check product page or any delayed shipping notifications. 
• Your order may be delayed if stopped at Customs or if there is a customs delay which SEVAS Water is not responsible for.  We will ensure your parcel clears customs and if we are unsuccessful after 30 days, we will refund your purchase or send a replacement unit.  

• You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. 

• We are not able to cancel your order or change shipping address once your order has been shipped.

• Please note, during peak times or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
