Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you order from SEVAS. But if something doesn’t quite work out, we’ve got you covered. You have 7 days from the day your parcel arrives to initiate a return for change of mind.

Return Policy

Change of Mind

To ensure a smooth return; products must be undamaged, and unused. Returns are issued as store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Please note, shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered by SEVAS, and you are responsible for the item until it reaches us and is inspected.  

Once we’ve received and quality checked the product, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing by your financial institution.

How to start the refund process

To start the return process simply:

  1. Reach out to us in writing with your proof of purchase and request a refund at info@sevaswater.com

  2. We will respond with an address to send your returned product to which will be either a Queensland address or in International address.

  3. You will need to organise the courier to return the product and send us a tracking number of the parcel so we can keep an eye out for you.  

  4. Once received and it meets the above criteria, we will process the refund.

Faulty Products

If your order arrives with any issues, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number or proof of purchase and we will verify the fault. SEVAS reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not appear to be faulty. Email us at info@sevaswater.com. 

SEVAS Product Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products, which is why every SEVAS Water Catcher comes with a  6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Under Australian consumer law, we’ll repair, replace, or refund (whole or partial) any item that arrives damaged or faulty, just hold onto your proof of purchase. Outside of Australia, our warranty applies as stated here. 

That said, we can’t cover general wear and tear, incorrect use, or improper cleaning and care, because, well, that part’s up to you. 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim under warranty, simply:

  1. Reach out to us in writing with your proof of purchase at info@sevaswater.com

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue (for suction or leaks, video evidence is required).

  3. If needed, we may ask you to return the product for an in-house assessment or provide additional details.

Since sustainability is kind of our thing, we’ll always look for the most eco-friendly solution to resolve your claim while keeping waste to a minimum.
