SEVAS is designed to hold 5 Litres of water. Each shower is very different and will capture different amounts. Older showers will capture more, whereas more modern bathrooms with water flow restrictors installed will capture less. 

If your SEVAS is not full after one shower that is okay, it will be after the next.

To ensure longevity of your SEVAS, we have included 1 x spare inner core and 2 x spare silicone seals in every order. To view instructions on how to replace these parts, watch the videos below:

The SEVAS Water Catcher dimensions are:

39cm x 39cm x 9cms (15 inches x 15 inches x 3.5 inches.)

The SEVAS Water Catcher weighs 1.2kgs when empty. (2.65lb) When full, the water catcher weighs approximately 6kgs (up to 13.6lbs). This weight passed the kid and grandparent test to ensure SEVAS is user friendly for all ages.

We use HDPE Plastic which is 100% recyclable. Our manufacturers employ sustainable production methods to ensure our impact on the planet is minimal. We use a Closed loop cooling system in the cooling process, so no water is wasted during production.

Once the SEVAS™ Water Tank is made, the stainless-steel plug is manually assembled and secured to the water tank. The lid is added, and the watering can spout is tested and secured before shipping.

We stand by our quality, which is why every SEVAS product comes with a 12 -month warranty from the date of purchase.

If your product arrives damaged; we’ll repair, replace, or refund it; whichever makes the most sense.

We also offer a refund within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and the product has not been used.
